IFS helps us understand the different protective and wounded “parts” within you — the ones who feel anxious, overwhelmed, shut down, perfectionistic, or exhausted.
In this process, you learn to:
understand why certain parts react strongly
offer compassion to the younger wounded places
shift out of old survival patterns
strengthen your internal leadership and self-trust
IFS is gentle, effective, and deeply empowering. It supports emotional release, nervous-system repair, and inner harmony.

EMDR helps release the emotional and physical impact of trauma stored in the body. It works by activating the brain’s natural healing system so that past experiences lose their intensity and no longer trigger current symptoms.
I often integrate EMDR with Parts Work to create a process that is both efficient and deeply supportive.
Clients use EMDR to work through:
trauma or PTSD
attachment wounds
anxiety or panic
grief and loss
early childhood experiences
stuck emotional patterns
-
I am trained in IADC, a specialized EMDR protocol designed specifically for grief work. This process can be integrated into ongoing therapy or scheduled as a brief, stand-alone intervention consisting of two 90-minute sessions focused solely on the loss of a loved one. IADC can support healing related to the death of a family member, friend, partner, pet, miscarriage, or the witnessed passing of someone significant.
This process can:dramatically reduce the pain of traumatic grief
bring a sense of peace, connection, or resolution
support clients who feel stuck in prolonged or complicated grief
offer deep comfort and emotional relief
While experiences vary, many clients describe a profound sense of healing and shift after this work.
-
Emotional pain is held in the body as much as the mind.
Somatic work helps you reconnect with your body’s wisdom using:breathwork
grounding and regulation practices
interoceptive awareness
exploring where emotions live physically
releasing tension and stored activation
This is especially helpful for trauma, anxiety, overwhelm, and spiritual awakening.
-
For clients who feel drawn to it, I incorporate intuitive and energetic awareness into the therapeutic process. This may include:
insights about patterns or emotional themes
understanding your chakra or energetic system
gentle, somatic based processing and regulation
understanding how energy and emotion interact
This is always collaborative, grounded, and optional — never a replacement for clinical care, but an enhancement for clients who seek a deeper layer.
-
I use a combination of psychological, relational, somatic, and energetic assessments to help you understand:
your attachment style
your personality patterns
your nervous system
your emotional cycle
your strengths and vulnerabilities
your energetic blueprint
These insights help us create a treatment plan that truly fits you.
-
Some clients arrive at moments of profound questioning or transition — identity shifts, loss, awakening, intuition, or meaning-making.
In this space, we can explore:
your relationship with intuition or inner guidance
grief and the afterlife
purpose and identity
symbolic or archetypal patterns
soul-level themes emerging in your healing
This work is grounded, attuned, and supportive — a bridge between your emotional experience and your deeper self.
-
I also facilitate group spaces for connection, embodiment, reflection, and intuitive development. These circles integrate:
meditation
somatic awareness
journaling
gentle ritual
energy exploration
shared story and community
These groups offer a unique opportunity for healing, belonging, and growth.
What to expect during a session
We begin by creating a sense of safety and connection. You are invited to show up exactly as you are — overwhelmed, grieving, curious, exhausted, hopeful, or unsure.
There is no pressure, no agenda, and no judgment.
A Safe, Supportive, and Attuned Space
We’ll talk about what’s happening in your life, your emotions, your relationships, and the patterns you’re noticing. I listen not only to your words, but also to what your body and nervous system may be communicating.
Exploration of Your Present Experience
Parts Work (IFS) to Understand Your Inner Landscape
We gently explore the protective and wounded parts within you — the anxious parts, overwhelmed parts, perfectionistic parts, younger parts — and help them feel seen, understood, and supported. This work builds self-compassion and internal clarity.
When you’re ready, we may incorporate EMDR to help release the emotional charge of past experiences. EMDR is always paced carefully, with plenty of grounding and preparation.
EMDR and Trauma Processing (as appropriate)
IADC EMDR (for grief)
For those processing the death of a loved one, we may use IADC — either within therapy or as a brief, stand-alone intervention — to support profound grief relief and emotional resolution.
Somatic + Body-Based Healing
We may check in with your breath, body, and nervous system to help you understand where emotions live physically. This might include grounding, noticing sensations, or gently releasing stored tension.
Intuitive Insight + Energy Awareness
If it aligns with your goals, I may offer intuitive reflections, emotional pattern insights, or gentle energy-based observations. This is never forced — it’s simply available as a supportive layer for clients who find it helpful.
A Pace That Feels Grounded and Respectful
You guide the pace. I hold the structure. Together we create a rhythm that feels safe, deep, and transformative.ons.
Integration + Support Between Sessions
We may discuss tools, reflections, or practices to help you stay grounded and connected in your daily life. Sessions often end with a sense of clarity, emotional relief, or connection to your inner self.
