I have experienced grief, had my own share of trauma, and seek to understand myself better in order to grow and live my best life. I have a diverse background - worked in the corporate world, got a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development, took time off to raise my children, worked in the academic world, got another Master’s degree. I stopped ignoring the voice in my head (that was speaking to me for about 12 years!) telling me there was something more for me, that I needed to go deeper and lean into my passion of helping others.
